FAQ

1. What kind of projects do you take on?

We work on a wide range of visual projects - from commercials and branded content to narrative shorts and documentaries. Whether you need full production support or just a DP for the shoot, we tailor our services to fit your creative and logistical needs.

2. Do you work with agencies or direct clients?

Both. We regularly collaborate with creative agencies, production houses, and direct brands. The process adapts depending on the project structure - we're flexible, transparent, and used to working within various pipelines.

3. How do you build your team for a shoot?

We tap into a trusted network of freelance creatives - from camera assistants and gaffers to sound recordists and editors. Each project is crewed based on the specific demands of the shoot, ensuring the right skillset every time.

4. What is your typical working day?

A standard working day is 10 hours base to base, including a 30-minute lunch break. Overtime rates apply beyond that, and we’re always upfront about time and budget from the start.

5. How does booking and cancellation work?

Once a project is confirmed, we lock in the crew and dates.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the shoot: 50% fee applies.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours: 100% of the agreed fee is due.
We value our time and yours - clarity keeps things professional.

6. What gear do you work with?

We have access to high-end gear through rental partners and own selected equipment in-house. We tailor the camera, lighting, and grip package based on the shoot's creative direction and budget.

7. Do you travel for shoots?

Yes - we regularly work across the Netherlands and abroad. Travel and accommodation costs are quoted transparently and included in the initial estimate where needed.

8. Can we see samples of your work?
