Working Hours

A standard working day is defined as ten (10) consecutive hours, calculated base to base, and includes a mandatory thirty (30) minute break for lunch.

We will make every reasonable effort to deliver the agreed-upon work to the client’s satisfaction, in line with professional standards and the agreed scope.

Cancellations

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the agreed start time will incur a 100% cancellation fee, based on the full day rate.

• Cancellations made within two (2) working days of the agreed start time will incur a 50% cancellation fee, based on the full day rate.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email is sufficient) and will be considered confirmed upon our acknowledgment.
